We post twice a week to Facebook and Twitter on Wednesday and Sunday and once a week to Google+ on Thursday.
After we get access to and setup your social media pages you will receive one initial starter post. Thereafter, you will begin to receive posts weekly.
Please follow the step by step instructions located here - http://help.imatrix.com/facebook.
Visit the unofficial page and locate and click the link titled "Is this your business?" in the upper right hand section of your screen. Next, in the pop-up window, click the second radio button labelled "Claim and verify with a phone call or documents". Then click the blue button labelled "Continue". Lastly, follow the instructions in the next screen in order to finish verifying and claiming your page. For step-by-step instructions and images please follow our guide located here.

Since all Google+ pages are managed by personal accounts, you can find out if you have access by logging in to your Google account. From there please follow these instructions to complete the process - http://help.imatrix.com/google-plus.
You can submit an ownership claim to get access to your page or listing by following these instructions http://help.imatrix.com/google-plus.
The verification code is critical to verifying your business on Google+. A verified page means that your clients can leave reviews for your business and that is very important in building your online reputation. Please provide your verification code to our Support team here so we can complete the processing - http://help.imatrix.com/request.
Please contact our Support team here - http://help.imatrix.com/request - and we can provide you with your username and password.
Please provide iMatrix with the email address you use to login to your personal Facebook page or Google / Gmail account. Business pages on Facebook and Google+ do not have a direct login. Instead, they are managed by personal profiles or people with administrative access to them. Once you provide us with the email of your personal Facebook or Google+ profile, we will then invite you to become a "Manager" of the page.
Currently both Facebook and Google do not allow business owners to remove any reviews. As this is a common occurrence in business it is best to professionally and sensitively respond to the reviewers concerns. If you receive a review that is malicious or inappropriate you can report it. Reporting reviews does not necessarily mean that it will be removed and this feature should not be abused. The following are two articles that explain how to report a malicious review on Facebook and Google+:
