Contacts

  1. Log in to Portal.
  2. Click on the Contacts tab on the left-hand side under the Communications section.
  3. Click the blue 'Add New' button in the top-right corner of the page.
  4. Click the 'Download an example file' link located under the 'Add Contacts' section to download the template you will need to successfully upload your contacts list.
  5. Transfer over your contact list to our provided template.
    Note: Do not adjust/delete any of the columns in any way. The template should be left as is. Simply transfer your contacts list accordingly.
  6. Save the document on your computer.
  7. Upload the newly saved contacts list to your Portal account under the 'Add Contacts' section.

You also have the option to use the manual entry field to add new contacts one by one.

  1. Log in to Portal.
  2. Click on the Contacts tab on the left-hand side under the Communications section.
  3. Locate the contact you wish to edit and click the 'View' button, located under the 'Actions' section on the right-hand side.
  4. Click the pencil editing icon next to the contacts name to make any changes.
