- Log in to Portal.
- Click on the Video Prescription tab, located under the communication category on the left-hand side.
- To send a new prescription, please click on the blue button that says Send New Prescription on the right hand side.
- You will be taken to a page where you can select the recipient.
- After you have select your recipient, press Save and Continue at the bottom to continue.
- You will be taken to a page where you can select video(s) that you wish to send out to the recipient you have selected on the previous page.
- Please click on Save and Continue to continue.
- Then, on the Set Video Instructions you have the options to adjust the video instruction. Options include sets, reps, frequency, time, and duration.
- After you have set the video instructions and click Save and Continue, you will be led to a preview page to review.
- If you think the video is ready to be sent out, you can click on Send.
- If you would like to modify anything on the previous page(s), just click on the page where you would like to go back to on the timeline that is located near the top under the page title.
